Confidentures is currently recruiting a clinical dental technician. You’ll be providing patients with competent, high-quality prosthetic appliances that are aesthetically, phonetically, and technically acceptable to the patient and meet NZDA standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide denture technology services in accordance with all NZDA requirements and in the best interest of the patient
- Diagnosis and provision of appropriate dental treatment plans, including discussion of plans with patients and/or guardians to their mutual satisfaction and comprehension.
- Complete all dental records documentation in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations
- Educate patients about the significance of maintaining good oral hygiene
- Responsible for all denture treatments provided to the patients of the practise
- Foster strong relationships with patients to ensure patient retention and long-term relationships
- Communicate with our clinical, lab, and administrative support teams on patient treatment plans, required follow-up visits, and referrals to specialised dentists
- Implement company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistent service quality and a positive patient experience
Who you are:
- New Zealand qualified and registered clinical dental technician
- Current CPR certification
- Strong time management and analytic skills, as well as the capacity to promptly resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
- Possess high standards of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic
