By capturing the dynamic movements of your oral musculature, we engineer a true physical vacuum seal on the lower jaw. Combined with the 0% shrinkage of our milled PMMA foundation, the prosthetic locks into place naturally, providing a secure, friction-free fit without the use of chemical pastes or glues.

Yes. For patients with advanced bone loss, a hard acrylic base can be excruciating. We highly recommend a Clinical Soft Liner. This medical-grade silicone absorbs the chewing force, allowing you to eat comfortably even with a completely flat lower ridge.

Patients with severe bone resorption (a “flat ridge”) often experience intense pain when chewing because standard prosthetics mash food, driving lateral pressure directly into the sensitive tissue.

We resolve this by engineering Lingualised Occlusion, a mathematical bite setup utilizing sharp, digitally milled cusps that slice through fibrous foods rather than crushing them.
