Intra-Oral Scanning
We abandon the discomfort of traditional, suffocating impression putty. Utilizing high-speed intra-oral and desktop optical scanners, we capture the exact topography of your oral tissue in micrometer-accurate, full-color 3D data.
3Shape® CAD Engineering
Your digital impression is imported into advanced 3Shape CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. Here, the clinician acts as an architect, mathematically engineering your prosthetic for flawless tissue conformity, Lingualized Occlusion, and optimal phonetic space.
Roland 5-Axis CAM Milling
The digital blueprint is sent directly to our in-house Roland DWX-53DC and VHF K5+ 5-axis milling robotics. Carved from a solid, pre-cured block of cross-linked PMMA, the final prosthetic features 0% processing shrinkage for an exact 1:1 microscopic fit.

The Analog Compromise
The greatest fears for active professionals and younger wearers are unexpected displacement and speech impediments (the “S” whistle). These issues are typically caused by traditional heat-cured acrylics, which shrink and warp by up to 8% during manufacturing. This warping destroys the peripheral vacuum seal and forces laboratories to make the palate thick and bulky to prevent fracturing.

Digital milling eliminates these compromises entirely. Because your prosthetic is carved from a solid, pre-cured block of cross-linked PMMA, there is absolutely zero shrinkage. The resulting tissue-facing surface is an exact 1:1 microscopic replica of your anatomy, guaranteeing an unbreakable vacuum seal. Furthermore, the immense strength of milled PMMA allows us to engineer an ultra-thin palate, instantly restoring natural tongue space and flawless speech acoustics.
