An audible click or unexpected drop occurs when the peripheral seal of the prosthetic is broken by dynamic facial movements. Traditional heat-cured acrylics warp during manufacturing, creating microscopic gaps that compromise this seal.

By utilizing the Roland DWX-53DC to mill the foundation from a solid, pre-cured PMMA puck, Confidentures Limited achieves an exact 1:1 tissue adaptation. When combined with the SEMCD lower-suction technique, the prosthetic maintains a continuous, unbreakable vacuum seal regardless of aggressive jaw or tongue movements during presentations.

A common frustration with standard All-on-4 or fixed hybrid bridges is the accumulation of fibrous foods beneath the prosthetic. Confidentures solves this through advanced digital tissue mapping.

The tissue-contacting surface of the bridge is digitally engineered to be perfectly ovate (convex) and highly polished. This architectural design eliminates the concave traps where food typically lodges, allowing the executive to easily and thoroughly clean the prosthetic with a standard water flosser.

Screw loosening in implant bridges is primarily caused by “micro-tension”, a result of the prosthetic not fitting perfectly passively over the surgical abutments.

Traditional casting methods cannot achieve absolute precision. The 5-axis digital mill carves the titanium or PMMA connection points with micron-level accuracy.

This guarantees a “passive fit,” meaning the bridge seats onto the implants with zero structural tension, ensuring the hardware remains permanently locked.
