No. The Copy-Mill protocol is highly selective. We utilize 3Shape CAD software to scan and preserve the exact polished contours, palate shape, and flange extensions that your facial muscles are accustomed to.

However, we digitally replace the worn chewing surfaces with pristine, anatomically correct tooth libraries (such as Ivoclar Phonares II). You retain your established muscle memory while fully restoring your lost chewing efficiency and facial height.

Absolutely not. While we digitally clone the outer architecture (the “neutral zone”) to preserve your speech and lip support, we completely update the internal fit. During your assessment, the clinician takes a highly accurate “wash impression” directly inside your existing prosthetic.

The 5-axis mill then carves the new PMMA foundation to perfectly match your current gum topography, resulting in a tight, microscopic seal with the exact familiar feel of your old device.

No. We understand that being without your prosthetic is not an option. Because our entire workflow is digital and 100% in-house, we simply scan your existing device using a high-resolution desktop 3D scanner during your appointment.

The scanning process takes only minutes, after which you leave the clinic with your original teeth. Your new, upgraded prosthetic is then milled at our Lincoln Road laboratory and fitted at your next appointment.
