Digital Dentures Before & After: Clinical Transformations
Patient transformations engineered at our Confidentures digital laboratory. These results demonstrate the intersection of Otago-trained diagnostic precision, 5-axis digital milling, and uncompromising aesthetic artistry.

Cosmetic Dentures: Complete Aesthetic Discretion.
The Patient Profile:
A younger professional requiring a full upper restoration, experiencing severe anxiety over the prospect of tooth loss and seeking to strictly avoid the artificial, bulky appearance of traditional dentures.
The Clinical Goal:
Engineer a bespoke, hyper-realistic upper prosthetic that perfectly restores natural facial volume, supports the upper lip, and provides a flawless aesthetic that is entirely undetectable in close-up social interactions.
The Engineering:
Aesthetic discretion was achieved by executing the restoration via our premium Confi-Ultimate pathway. We utilized advanced digital contouring alongside high-translucency Ivoclar Phonares II composites to custom-design the tooth structure, precisely restoring the patient’s original facial proportions and smile line.
To eliminate the plastic appearance common in standard prosthetics, the acrylic base was meticulously hand-stippled and multi-layered to mirror the exact vascularity and texture of biological gum tissue. This precise, artisanal detailing ensures the final smile remains completely natural and seamlessly integrated.
Suction Dentures: Acoustic Clarity & Stability.
The Patient Profile:
An executive experiencing chronic displacement and speech impediments (lisping) from a poorly fitted lower prosthetic.
The Clinical Goal:
Engineer a mathematically stable bite and a secure lower foundation to allow for high-force chewing and flawless public speaking without the use of adhesives.
The Engineering:
Stability was achieved by implementing the SEMCD technique, capturing dynamic tissue movements to create a true vacuum seal on the lower jaw.
Lingualised Occlusion was utilized to direct all chewing forces vertically, eliminating lateral rocking. The palate was precision-milled to an ultra-thin specification, instantly restoring acoustic clarity and tongue space.

Clasp-Free Partials: Seamless Integration.
The Patient Profile:
A patient experiencing extreme dissatisfaction with her existing partial denture due to unsightly metal wire clasp, causing her to feel self-conscious and hide her smile.
The Clinical Goal:
Replace the outdated prosthesis with a highly retentive, structurally sound framework that entirely conceals all retentive elements, delivering a secure fit and a naturally confident, metal-free aesthetic.
The Engineering:
Designed utilizing advanced 3D CAD surveying software, we mapped flawless insertion paths using the natural undercuts of the patient’s existing dentition.
The new bespoke restoration provides maximum retention by anchoring discreetly from behind, completely eliminating the need for traditional, visible facial clasps while sharing the chewing load seamlessly.
